We started out as a catering business. It didn’t go well at first, so we decided to try something different. We were given the opportunity to rent the kitchen inside a night club, which helped our business grow very quickly.
On January 2018, we decided to create our own trend and offer a dish that no other restaurant specialized in. We chose egg rolls as the star of the show. Our first egg rolls were a surf-and-turf version which consisted of steak, lobster, and shrimp. It was a certified winner! We made a variety of other versions that we thought customers would love. At that time, it was our business decision to step away from catering and focus on establishing a restaurant.
In 2020, however, we purchased a food truck and named it Everything Egg Roll by Wakefield’s Catering Services LLC. We added Wakefield’s Catering Services LLC to the name because it was our very first business. We took both business ideas and combined them into one.
Our first year in business was very successful, so we expanded and turned it into a brick-and-mortar enterprise. We opened our physical location on October 25, 2021. Since opening our doors to the public, we have poured our hearts into what we do on a daily basis. We are passionate about food.
